Key Responsibilities
- Lighting Works: Replace light fittings and install key switch facilitators.
- Remedial Tasks: Conduct distribution board replacements, fault finding, and accessory replacements.
- Electrical Installations: Perform additional lighting and power supply installations.
- Testing & Inspecting: Ensure commercial electrical installations meet safety standards.
- Network Cabling: Install and maintain CAT 5 and CAT 6 cabling.
- Fire Alarm Systems: Address fault finding, accessory, and panel replacements.
- Cross-Discipline Support: Assist with tasks across various trades and divisions.
- General Repairs: Address and resolve general repair tasks identified by site staff.
Project and Reactive Works
- Project Work: Engage in diverse projects across various disciplines.
- Reactive Works: Manage and respond to reactive tasks efficiently.
Essential:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification or Equivalent.
- 18th Edition
- 2391 or 2394 & 2395 Testing & Inspection (Desirable).
- Full UK Driving License.
