Commercial Gas Engineer
The commercial gas engineer role will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of commercial heating systems and HVAC plant for multiple commercial sites. The successful engineer will work mobile across multiple contracts.
To deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for commercial and domestic gas and related equipment
To carry out gas works including minor new works, refurbishment, and capital works replacement programme
To investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all boiler and gas systems and associated plant/components, commissioning subcontractors where necessary
To ensure all statutory documentation is always completed and kept up to date
Occasional installation and commissioning work
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL: ACS Commercial Gas Tickets
ESSENTIAL: NVQ/C&G level 2/3 in plumbing/mechanical engineering
OFTEC and LPG qualified would be advantageous
Clean Full UK Driving Licence
Commercial Gas Engineer Package:
Salary Package: £37,000+ (Negotiable depending on experience)
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Van, Fuel Card, PDA etc.
Paid Travel Time
