The Company:

They specialise in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities, distribution and logistics, and manufacturers.
Working on a healthcare contract in Cambridge. The fabric engineer will be working closely with their on-site engineering team and facilities manager, you will be tasked with proactively accomplishing the everyday facilities/maintenance requirements of their client within the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.
Key Tasks:
General carpentry, door fixing, general building maintenance, floor tiling, painting
Experience with PPM's and minor reactive work
Ability to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service execution
Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ in site carpentry
Diploma in Fire Doors (advantageous)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Must have a good attitude to work
Excellent client facing skills & experience working within the building service environment
Package:
Salary: £29,000
Monday to Friday, Days role
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
