Responsibilities

Responsible for HVAC and BMS controls on projects
Checking designs and clarifying queries with design team
Overseeing installations and maintenance
Troubleshooting
Continuous improvements to process, systems etc
Preparing risk assessment and method statements
Monitoring progress of projects
Prepare technical and contract documentations
Preparing reports including capital costs estimates, project schedules and tender schedules
