Helpdesk Administrator - **WEEKENDS ONLY**
Our Client is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a team in Manchester.
You will be based at Manchester GMEX Area in the Temporary Nightingale Hospital.
Previous Helpdesk experience is desirable but not essential, previous Customer Service experience is essential
You will be helping with the engineering, cleaning and porterage element of the site. Taking calls, logging calls on CAFM and liaising with the relevant teams to help with a resolution.
It will be a fast passed role and you will need to be someone who is not only self-driven, but someone who can think on their feet and work out solutions independently.
**DBS is desirable but not essential - Must have Clean Criminal Record**
