Location: Based in Liverpool, covering sites within a 50-mile radius. Current clients include offices, landlords and tenants, and the real estate sector. This may expand as the business grows.
The Role: We’re expanding our M&E services off the back of long-standing fabric and reactive maintenance contracts. You’ll be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive HVAC work.

Supporting the team with general PPMs and occasional small fabric repairs

Travelling across the Northwest, predominantly within 50 miles of Liverpool
You’ll mainly focus on your trade but will need to be hands-on and flexible to support the wider team as needed.
