Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties, including depots, offices, leisure centres, schools, and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, Maintenance, and Repair of commercial air conditioning systems, focusing on splits, multi-splits, and VRVs.
- You will be dedicated solely to air conditioning systems, ensuring you're not bogged down with basic PPM tasks outside your core expertise.
- Work with a well-established and supportive team in a more relaxed environment than other regional or national contracts, with a manageable workload.
- Must be a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
- F-Gas Cat 1 certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience working on commercial air conditioning systems.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
