The Role
- Leadership: Manage and support a team of three engineers.
- Maintenance: Handle reactive and planned HVAC works across the building.
- Compliance: Maintain site logbooks, RAMs, and ensure all work meets compliance standards.
- Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service delivery.

About You
- Qualifications: Must hold an F-Gas qualification (client requirement).
