Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in commercial properties.
- Assist with minor building services when required (10% of the role).
- Work across a variety of contracts, including:
- Wickes
- Starbucks
- Shopping Centres
- Student Accommodations
- Office Blocks
- Biosphere in Newcastle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber.
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to undertake 90% plumbing trade work and 10% building services.
