The role:

I am currently on the lookout for an experienced contract manager to look after well known commercial contracts covering Yorkshire and North regions. The responsibilities of the contracts manager will include the following : -

  • Accurate reporting on compliance, SLAs, KPIs in-line with contractual obligations and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions
  • Compiling Contractual Reports as specified below:
  • Monthly Contract Review / Status Report (reporting on the previous months results) - to be issued to the client on the 3rd business day of each month
  • Quarterly Contract Report
  • Annual Review Report
  • Attendance at Monthly Client / Contractor Meeting - 2nd week of each month
  • Reviewing /approving subcontractors permit to works
  • Ensuring our client's Alcumus ePermits system is always up to date
  • To work with H&S compliance teams to ensure all statutory compliance obligations are being met throughout the duration of the contract
  • Manage the client relationships
  • Participate with Operations Teams, in reviewing and challenging ongoing service and commercial performance from service partners through regular reviews and unlock additional value creation at an operational/tactical level
  • Full P&L accountability for contract
  • Manage the auditing process and deliver comprehensive reports in line with contractual obligations, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders that enhance the professional reputation of the company and protecting the brand
 

What you'll need:

  • Experience operating in the private FM sector with a demonstrable track record of directly managing a large and complex contract
  • Strong service ethic and excellent customer management skills
  • Self-starter, able to work on own initiative as a conscientious team player
  • Organised communicator with strong inter-personal skills
  • High level of verbal, written and numeric skills
  • Computer-literate (MS Office based Products: Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint) with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and property management systems
  • Competence in the communicating/understanding and delivering contractual determinations, obligations, and interpretations
  • A sound knowledge of building and engineering services design and associated British Standards
  • A sound knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act; and other relevant statutory requirements
