Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Complete daily checks and system inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
