About the Role:

As a DV Cleared Construction Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within a secure environment. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

About You:

  • DV clearance is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, ideally in high-security or sensitive environments.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering (e.g., HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent).
