Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the site’s mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9002, 18001, and 14001 Management Systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all reactive and remedial tasks via the SI CAFM system.
- Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.
- Identify required materials and arrange procurement through approved suppliers.
What We Need From You:

Qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completion of a recognised technical training scheme or apprenticeship.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum two years in a similar role, with strong mechanical/electrical expertise.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and current technical standards.
- Experience with Permit to Work Systems, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
