Are you looking for a management role in the heart of Cardiff City Centre?
The world's leading FM provider are looking for an Engineering Manager to work on the landlord side at Cardiff's biggest shopping centre. Looking after a maintenance team of 10 you'll be responsible for overseeing their day-to-day, reactive & PPM planning, asset management as well as dealing with clients.
The ideal candidate will come from a facilities maintenance background and have experience in client facing environments.
