The Role:
As the FM Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll be the vital first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, efficient task management, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Handle incoming calls, address queries, or escalate issues to the right team.
- Helpdesk Management: Log and track queries via Eworks management system, ensuring timely resolutions and scheduling engineers or contractors as needed.
- Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and engineers, keeping everyone updated on work progress.
- PO Management: Manage purchase orders from issuance to updates for the Accounts team, enabling smooth supplier payments.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with management systems (e.g., e-logbooks).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior helpdesk or admin experience is a plus.
