Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heat Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems in domestic houses. You will play a crucial part in helping homeowners transition to more energy-efficient and eco-friendly heating solutions.

Installation:
  • Professionally install air source heat pump systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct system checks and quality control to ensure optimal performance.

Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of existing air source heat pump systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.

Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Explain system operation, maintenance requirements, and answer any questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of air source heat pump systems.
  • Relevant technical qualifications, such as City & Guilds in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
