Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge within a well-established FM company? We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to ensure compliance across a diverse commercial portfolio in Twickenham and surrounding areas.

The Role:

  • Provide health & safety support and advice across multiple sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and safety inspections to maintain compliance.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
  • Deliver health & safety training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with operations teams and senior management to drive a strong safety culture.
  • Keep up to date with regulations and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and reports to support company performance tracking.
  • Assist in achieving and maintaining ISO standards and accreditations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Experience in a health & safety role within FM, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Full UK driving licence (if site visits are required).
