Are you a Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge within a well-established FM company? We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to ensure compliance across a diverse commercial portfolio in Twickenham and surrounding areas.
The Role:
- Provide health & safety support and advice across multiple sites.
- Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and safety inspections to maintain compliance.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver health & safety training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
- Work closely with operations teams and senior management to drive a strong safety culture.
- Keep up to date with regulations and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate safety records and reports to support company performance tracking.
- Assist in achieving and maintaining ISO standards and accreditations.
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
- Experience in a health & safety role within FM, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Full UK driving licence (if site visits are required).
