HVAC Technician - Swing Shift

Swing Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm
$110,000 annual salary + shift allowance, Benefits & Overtime
Our client are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join a existing team on a large prestigious manufacturing / research facility in Fremont, CA.
The successful candidate will complete planned and reactive maintenance, minor installations, regular services, and repairs to heating and air conditioning systems, Cooling towers, Chillers, boilers and Package Units. Will also support with other aspects of building systems work when required.
You will also be required to monitor BMS systems and ensure all documentation is actioned in the CMMS system. As well as co-ordinate with all vendors when warranty work is identified.
The successful candidate will be EPA Universal Certified and be of Journey / Journeyman standard.
