Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Facilities Management

Location: High Wycombe, UK

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Clearance Required: DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic Facilities Management team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and safely, in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Management team to develop and execute maintenance schedules and strategies.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with security and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a Facilities Management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
  • DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is essential for this role.
  • Full UK driving license.
