Maintenance Plumber – High-End Commercial Office, RG1
Location: Newly Refurbished £750 Million Commercial Office Building, Reading
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm (Early and late shifts available)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team at a newly refurbished, high-end commercial office building in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and planned mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
- Keep site logbooks up to date.
- Liaise with clients and sub-tenants daily to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong client-facing experience and communication skills.
- Relevant mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Experience in commercial environments, ideally in premium office settings.
