Mechanical Plumber
Location: Covering within the M25
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £45,000+ + Van + Fuel Card
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber to join our Facilities Management team, working across a commercial portfolio within the M25. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumber with mechanical skills to provide maintenance and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipework, heating systems, and pumps.
- Reactive Maintenance: Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical faults as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Installations and Repairs: Assist with the installation and repair of plumbing systems and mechanical equipment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
