Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a prestigious site in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a structured 4 on 4 off day shift pattern with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems

Working on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing infrastructure

Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently to minimize downtime

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure high service delivery standards

Supporting team members and assisting with training where required
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

Experience in commercial building maintenance, ideally within an FM environment

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
