The Role:
You will take full ownership of minor works projects across a large manufacturing estate.
This includes managing contractors on-site, ensuring health and safety compliance, delivering work on time and to a high standard, and maintaining effective communication with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver small projects and minor works in line with safety and quality standards.

Identify and propose additional works to support commercial targets.

Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

Manage daily site activity and contractor performance.

Ensure compliance with all frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular reporting and updates on live projects.
What We’re Looking For:

Recognised qualification in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

SMSTS certified and CSCS Black Card holder (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, FM, or M&E environments.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable: APM, IOSH, NEBOSH qualifications, and P&L management experience.
