The Role:


You will take full ownership of minor works projects across a large manufacturing estate.

This includes managing contractors on-site, ensuring health and safety compliance, delivering work on time and to a high standard, and maintaining effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small projects and minor works in line with safety and quality standards.

  • Identify and propose additional works to support commercial targets.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

  • Manage daily site activity and contractor performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all frameworks and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide regular reporting and updates on live projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recognised qualification in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

  • SMSTS certified and CSCS Black Card holder (mandatory).

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, FM, or M&E environments.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Desirable: APM, IOSH, NEBOSH qualifications, and P&L management experience.
