The Role:
Step into a dynamic role as a Maintenance Electrician covering 5 commercial offices in Bolton, Morecambe, Middlesbrough, Leeds, and Manchester. Join a skilled team of multi-talented engineers, handling everything from routine electrical maintenance to reactive repairs and small installation projects. You'll also lend a hand with general building maintenance—keeping everything running like clockwork, being the first point of contact.

Your role:
- The day to day will be split between 50% planned & 50% reactive maintenance
- Duties will include carrying out emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temp checks and tap flushing.
- Covering commercial lighting, power, AHUs, FCUs, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.
What we’re looking for:
- 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 Electrical (preferred)
- Experience in commercial office environments
