Multi-Skilled Engineer – Static Site (TW6)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: TW6 (with occasional travel to a nearby site)

Your Role:

  • Carrying out a variety of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving multi-discipline engineering issues efficiently.

  • Ensuring all work is performed to the highest safety and compliance standards.

  • Collaborating with on-site staff and clients to maintain a smooth, high-quality service.

  • Occasionally providing cover or support at an additional local site when required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within FM or building services.

  • Recognised qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).

  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt across disciplines.

  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively.

  • Full UK driving license (for occasional site travel).
