Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician
Location: Leeds (and surrounding areas)
Salary: £43,500

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to essential be the face of the contract, working across prestigious apartment blocks in and around the Leeds area. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical inspections and testing
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
- Perform general building maintenance as required
- Be part of the 1 in 8 call-out rota (after probation period)
Essential Requirements:
- 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification
- Experience in electrical maintenance and inspections
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients
