Are you a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager ready to take on an exciting new challenge?

Our client are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the operations of a brand-new, state-of-the-art building set to open in 5 months. This prestigious 298,000 square feet development will feature a blend of office spaces, retail units, and residential apartments, and we need an expert to ensure its seamless operation from day one.

Our client are prestigious property management firm located in the heart of Mayfair, London. Our client is known to be one of the biggest real estate businesses with a strong presence in London with over 60 owned buildings across 5.4m square feet.

Key Responsibilities for an Operations Manager:

  • Contract Mobilization: Lead the setup and mobilization of all contracts, ensuring everything is in place for the grand opening.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage all hard and soft services provided by sub-contractors, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain smooth day-to-day operations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, particularly an understanding of Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Experience required for an Operations Manager:

  • Proven experience in mobilizing contracts and managing sub-contractors.
  • Strong background in facilities management, ideally within mixed-use developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
