Planner
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: West Byfleet, KT14 6EY
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), with one weekend shift every eight weeks (Saturday or Sunday, 8am to 1pm, with a half-day off during the week).

We are seeking a Planner to join our operations team in West Byfleet. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of reactive, planned, and void maintenance to MOD Family properties in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate workflows for on-site operatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Schedule work, manage operatives' diaries, and resolve access issues with families and residents.
- Handle calls and emails from operatives and customers, ensuring all in-progress work is managed effectively.
- Investigate cases of no or refused access, liaising with families to rebook appointments.
- Adhere to safe working practices and procedures throughout all activities.
What You’ll Need

Essential:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing administration role in a fast-paced environment, working accurately to deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.

Highly Desirable:
- Previous scheduling experience in a planned maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with Maximo or similar workflow management software.

Ideal:
- Awareness of safe working practices in facilities management or building environments.
- Knowledge of MOD operations and local geography within the area of responsibility.

Additional Requirement:
- Ability to pass BPSS Clearance.
