Your Role in the Action

As part of our Rigging Support Team, you’ll be at the heart of preparing equipment for the world-class events hosted at the NEC.

From transporting and maintaining rigging kits to assisting with logistics, your work will ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment like hoists, truss, drape, and banners.
  • Manage goods in and out of the warehouse with precision and care.
  • Support the rigging team in event setup for exhibitions and live shows.
  • Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized, clean working environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking team players with a great attitude and a desire to grow in the events industry.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. A full UK driving license.
  2. Electrical or mechanical knowledge (advantageous).
  3. Confidence using Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
  4. A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  5. Ability to safely handle and lift equipment (manual handling).
  6. A positive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  7. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  8. Comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Forklift Truck or IPAF training.
  • Knowledge or experience in the rigging or events industry.
