Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime & Call-Out
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a Site Engineer to take full ownership of M&E maintenance at a brand-new, cutting-edge commercial building near St Paul’s Cathedral. This is a sole engineer role, offering a unique chance to lead all aspects of site maintenance, client relations, and contractor management.
Your Role:
- Handle all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance on site.
- Manage contractors and keep site logbooks up to date.
- Liaise with clients and tenants, delivering top-tier service.
- Address electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Ensure legionella compliance, with a qualification or good working knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong electrical and mechanical expertise.
- Legionella knowledge or qualification (preferred).
- A proactive, independent approach and great communication skills.
