It will be working on an educational site in Bradford, with that comes flexible working hours, ideally working 7am till 4pm, Monday to Friday, a vehicle that you can use for personal use and parking on site. It’s a great opportunity to build a relationship with the client and your contract manager, as there is plenty of support around. Working on a large educational site in Bradford you know where you will be going everyday but its that big you won’t get bored!
The Key Responsibilities of the Technical Supervisor:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of technical professionals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Address technical challenges and issues as they arise, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Identify opportunities for skill development within the team and provide coaching and training to enhance their capabilities.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Ensure that all team activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ideally someone who has come from a technical background to help support the team of multiskilled engineers.
