In 2023 HVAC launched its latest division within the Group – HVAC Search.
As a proven recruitment partner to the FM industry, HVAC is now delighted to furthermore extend its offering by launching a brand-new division to purely focus on Mid/Senior – Board level appointments both here in the UK & Internationally across the Facilities Management Sector.
HVAC Search will be able to support on Senior Permanent & Interim roles on both a retained and contingent basis. We will work closely with you from the outset and agree the best route to market ensuring a comprehensive and robust Talent attraction strategy is in place.
While ensuring we are providing you with the best recruitment services, we will also be able to offer you insightful data from our process which we will summarise and share with you at the end of each process (This could include salary & benefits information from the wider talent pool, D&I statistics, Brand perception report, candidate journey feedback)
This is an extremely exciting new division for HVAC as it now allows us to confidently support our clients across all levels. We completely understand how Recruitment can come in all shapes and sizes so each assignment worked will be carefully managed by one of our senior team.

Heading up HVAC Search will be one of our Directors, Sarah Hamill-Moss.
Sarah’s recruitment career spans over 14 years with the majority of this spent working with Technical and FM Recruitment. After falling into recruitment in the early 00’s Sarah quickly established herself as a hardworking and successful consultant, where she was able to recruit and build a team around her. As her career progressed she carved her own path within the FM world and has enjoyed a very successful career most recently focussing on the very Senior Level roles within FM.
